| Kim Jong Il Gives On-Site Guidance to Hungnam Fertilizer Complex
Pyongyang, August 11 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il gave on-the-spot guidance to the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex.
He was accompanied by Chief Secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the WPK Hong Song Nam and Secretary Kim Ki Nam and Department Director Pak Nam Gi of the WPK Central Committee.
He first went round the revolutionary museum.
Noting that the complex turned into the nation's dependable big fertilizer producer under the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung, he said that the undying revolutionary feats of the President would always remain shining in the history of the country.
Then he looked round the newly reconstructed fertilizer production processes to learn about the construction and production there.
Patrick's Run Was A 1st For Bulls
TAMPA - Throughout Kevin Patrick's Jupiter home, the former Miami Hurricane has numerous plaques and trophies reminding him of his playing days where he won two national championships. There's one signifying being a Kodak All-American and another for being named Big East Defensive Player of the Year. Yet, none are displayed as prominently as the poster-sized, framed photo of Patrick, arms pumping, running onto a field, being chased by a herd of Bulls. "That's a picture they'll look at 100 years from now," Patrick says proudly. The picture isn't quite 100 years old yet, but it's closing on 10 years, just like the football program Patrick once led onto the field. Thursday marks the 10-year anniversary of the University of South Florida's inaugural game.
